Application Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Explore Our Programs: Visit our Courses page to learn more about the programs we offer and determine which one aligns best with your interests and career goals. We have everything from agricultural training to advanced STEM studies.
- Review Admission Requirements: Carefully review the specific admission requirements for your chosen program. These requirements may vary depending on the program and your prior educational qualifications.
- Complete the Application Form: Download the application form from our website or request a physical copy from our admissions office at Plot 23, Nakasero Road, Kampala. Ensure that you complete all sections of the form accurately and truthfully.
- Gather Required Documents: Collect all the necessary supporting documents, including academic transcripts, identification documents, and any other program-specific requirements. A detailed list of required documents is provided below.
- Submit Your Application: Submit your completed application form and all supporting documents to our admissions office either in person or by mail to Empower Uganda Admissions, P.O. Box 7141, Kampala, Uganda. You can also submit your application electronically via email to admissions@empoweruganda.org.
- Attend an Interview (if required): Some programs may require applicants to attend an interview with our admissions committee. If required, you will be notified of the date, time, and location of your interview.
- Receive Your Admission Decision: You will be notified of our admission decision via email or postal mail within a reasonable timeframe. Successful applicants will receive an admission letter and further instructions on enrollment.

Required Documents
To complete your application, please ensure you submit the following documents:
- Completed Application Form
- Certified copies of academic transcripts (O-Level and A-Level certificates or equivalent)
- Copy of National Identification Card or Passport
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Letter of recommendation from a teacher or community leader
- Application fee of UGX 20,000 (non-refundable) - payable at Stanbic Bank, Account Name: Empower Uganda, Account Number: 009578073592
- For scholarship applicants: Proof of financial need (e.g., letter from local council, income statement)
- Any other documents specified for your chosen program (e.g., portfolio for art programs)
